1. Understand the Importance of Class XI

• Syllabus is concept-based and advanced compared to Class X.
• Around 60–70% of JEE & NEET syllabus comes from Class XI.
• Strong basics make Class XII much easier.

2. Follow NCERT Properly

For CBSE students.

• Physics – Focus on concepts + numericals daily.
• Chemistry – Divide into:
  • Physical (practice numericals)
  • Organic (understand basics clearly)
  • Inorganic (learn NCERT line by line)
• Biology – Read NCERT thoroughly (very important for NEET).
• Mathematics – Practice daily; don’t skip examples.

Daily Study Plan (Balanced Routine)

• School revision – 2 hours daily
• Numerical practice – 1–2 hours
• Concept revision – 1 hour
• Weekly revision on Sunday

Make Short Notes

• Write formulas separately.
• Maintain a mistake notebook.
• Highlight important NCERT lines.
• Make chapter summary sheets.

Weekly & Monthly Revision

• Revise every Sunday.
• Solve sample papers after completing 2–3 chapters.
• Clear doubts immediately.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Ignoring Class XI syllabus.
• Studying only before exams.
